My father's battle with depression and my brother's struggle with anxiety highlighted the urgent need for effective mental health support and inspired me to make a difference.
Driven by this motivation, I pursued a career in mental wellbeing. I became a certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and took on the role of Improving Mental Wellbeing Coordinator within a Foundation.
