One of the fundamental principles of time management is prioritisation. This involves identifying tasks based on their importance and urgency. By categorising tasks, individuals can allocate their time and effort more effectively, ensuring that critical tasks are completed promptly. Planning is another essential principle, where individuals create schedules or to-do lists to guide their daily activities. This helps in maintaining focus and ensuring all necessary tasks are addressed. Organisation is equally vital in effective time management. It involves structuring tasks and workspace to enhance efficiency and reduce distractions. Organised individuals tend to waste less time looking for materials or information, thereby increasing productivity throughout the day.
