Therefore, it's crucial to prioritise self-care practices that promote mental well-being. By taking proactive steps to support our mental health, we can improve our quality of life and better cope with the challenges we face. One of the first steps in practicing self-care for mental health is identifying the stressors and triggers in our lives. These can vary from person to person and may include work pressures, relationship conflicts, financial worries, or health concerns. By recognising these stressors, we can develop strategies to manage them more effectively. Whether it's through journaling, talking to a trusted friend or therapist, or simply taking a moment to pause and reflect, acknowledging our stressors is the first step towards finding solutions. Healthy daily routines are the foundation of good mental health. This includes prioritising sleep, exercise, and nutrition.
