At the time, I didn't realize how much these early experiences would shape my leadership journey, but looking back, they were pivotal. I quickly discovered that digital marketing is not just about generating content or tracking analytics; it's about understanding people. It's about how they research, buy, and engage with brands. This realization set me on a path to dive deeper into customer journeys, technology, and storytelling, all of which formed the foundation of my digital marketing expertise.

What I didn't expect was how much I would learn from the intersection of creativity and data. The challenge of developing content that resonated with audiences while ensuring the strategies were data-driven helped me understand the importance of a balanced approach. I wasn't just focusing on SEO or paid ads - I was focused on the bigger picture of how each piece of content served a greater strategy. Over time, these foundational skills in digital marketing became the building blocks for my leadership roles, teaching me how to create value and solve problems through marketing.

Embracing Growth: Transitioning from Digital Marketing to Leadership

Moving from a digital marketing practitioner to a leadership role was not an immediate shift.
